These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Boost Marketing website and services. By using our site or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Boost Marketing provides AI-assisted marketing services, including paid ads management, SEO and GEO, landing page and website production, and related growth services. The specific services, deliverables and fees that apply to you are set out in the plan you select or the agreement we provide.

Our plans are billed monthly in advance and continue on a month-to-month basis unless cancelled. Refunds, cancellations and our satisfaction guarantee are described in the section below.

Advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta, Google or LinkedIn is separate from our management fees. You use and pay for your own ad spend directly through those platforms, and it is your responsibility.

30-day money-back guarantee: If we do not generate any leads for you within the first 30 days of your initial paid month, you are entitled to a full refund of the management fees you paid for that period. This guarantee covers our management fees only and does not include any advertising spend you paid directly to advertising platforms, which is non-refundable by us.

No refunds after 30 days: Outside of the 30-day guarantee described above, all management fees are non-refundable, including fees already paid for the current billing period, except where a refund is required by law.

Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by contacting our support team; cancellation is not automatic and must be requested through support. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You keep access to your services and deliverables through the end of that paid period, and you will not be billed for the following renewal period.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to any accounts or assets we need, and the necessary rights to any content you give us to use. You are responsible for ensuring your business and offers comply with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.

Materials we create for you as deliverables become yours once fully paid for. The tools, systems, templates and know-how we use to produce them remain our property. Content on this website is owned by Boost Marketing and may not be copied without permission.

Marketing outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including your market, budget and offer. While we work hard to drive results and will share projections in good faith, we do not guarantee specific rankings, revenue, lead volume or return on ad spend.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boost Marketing is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.

We may suspend or end services if these terms are breached or if continuing would expose either party to legal or platform risk. On termination, you remain responsible for any fees incurred up to that point.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
